Yes, free parking is available, making your visit as easy and convenient as possible.
We accept MODA/ Delta Dental PPO and Premier, Pacific Source, Cigna, United Concordia, Regence of OR, Principal, Lincoln Financial, Assurant, and Connection Dental. We do not accept OHP. If you are unsure if your insurance is covered, we would be happy to check for you. Please give us a call.
