I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a few years before coming to Butler Dental and I was nervous about how my appointment would go, but everyone I worked with in the office made my experience so wonderful and easy! I was able to fill out all of my paperwork before coming in and they were willing to work around my work schedule. I most of all appreciated the staff’s kindness and patience with me; I felt very welcomed and will be back!

Saw me the same day for an emergency. Everyone was very friendly and the Doc did an amazing job. Very satisfied!

I am so thankful to have found Butler Family Dental! The ladies up front make you feel so welcomed, even on a super busy Monday morning!! The dental assistants are so friendly & knowledgeable. They keep you updated with helpful tips to care for your teeth. Dr. Butler has done a lot of work on my teeth, and it has never been uncomfortable or painful. Dr. Butler is a Rock Star!! Thank you all for helping me bring back my smile!

I’m a new patient having recently moved to Eugene. A new coworker recommended Dr. Butler’s office so I tried him out. (My previous dentist’s office was going to be hard to top.) They received all my records ahead of time and were ready for me. I found a new dental home!

These professionals are great. Being an older gent I am prone to forgetting, so when I didn't wake up for my appointment time, they called, woke me up, and said come on over — "We'll get you in!" It's hard to find medical/dental professionals who are willing to go that extra mile. Kudos!!!!

Very professional and friendly staff! I am really glad I started having my dental care done here. I especially like the close management of my scheduled cleanings and routine checkups, oh and the rubber thing that holds your mouth open for you, ugh, so nice, where has that thing been all my life!

They took all my fear away and I left feeling so much better. 5-star rating!

I struggle very bad with sensory overload, and I have avoided dentists far too long because of it, but the hygienists here have been extremely caring. I am very grateful to have found this place.

The doctor did a comprehensive exam after a clerical error said I was meant to only have a short exam, and the tech was kind and also very thorough. The front desk staff were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I got accurate estimates without accidentally tripping my insurance company into thinking I’d had the work done already and used up my benefits. They were easily willing to do estimates for two different treatment options for me. I was able to get in for a new patient exam and for my long treatment appointment within a really reasonable time frame. I’m very happy with this whole office. I would recommend them.

Friendly, attentive, considerate people. They had an appointment as a first time patient within a week of my phone call. They did the exam for my dentures and noticed a root fragment and had time to extract right then. I wish my insurance was better, but at least their prices are affordable so I can get a new set of teeth. The doctor was empathetic and professional even laughed with my dry sense of humor! I think I'm going to look forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

I have had severe dental anxiety my whole life and needed work done after 7 years of not being seen. Dr. Butler was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I took the recommendation. Everyone at the office is patient, affirming, and gentle.

I was supported before my first appt began, and indicating I had high anxiety wasn’t missed. I appreciate that their office intake process is mindful of your intake survey after such bad experiences with dentists who brushed right over my anxiety before going on to make it worse.

The first time I came in, they allowed me to do a gentle intake where no work was done, to talk through my concerns and options before prescribing me something I could take for future appts to help get myself back to the office. I have always felt heard when presenting my concerns and have never been made to feel embarrassed or ashamed for being afraid, which, for those struggling with anxiety, can be the worst part.

I’ve now been back 4 times to get all my work done, and the staff know my name now and follow up with me. It generally feels like the staff at Dr. Butler's office care and truly stand by their expertise as an office specializing in dental anxiety. As I’m writing this review also celebrating that I felt safe enough to come here by myself for the first time. It may not be needed for everyone, but if dental anxiety has kept you away like it has for me, this is the right place for you to go.

The office is clean and welcoming, and the hygienists, dental assistants and office staff are friendly and caring and make patients feel very comfortable. I have been a patient since 2015 and have always been satisfied with my care and experiences with this practice.

Excellent dentist and thorough care.

I was really nervous and had pain and sensitivity with gum measurements in the past. They were willing to talk things through with me, discuss why gum measurements are needed, and give me some options for sensitivity and pain. I really appreciate them taking that extra time and giving me some options that ended up really helping.

Everyone in here is super nice. Dr. Butler is very down to earth and will answer your concerns. Moving from a very great dentist is unnerving, however, the staff makes you feel comfortable very quick. Dr. Butler and his assistants are great. They are "light handed" and all procedures are almost painless. 5 stars!

I had a back molar crown fall off, and I called Butler Family Dental, and they got me in pretty quickly. I was also a new patient, but they treated me as if I'd been a long-established patient. Dr. Butler, his dental staff, and the receptionist were all wonderful and very professional. The doc did an awesome job recementing my 👑. Dr. Butler will become our regular dentist next month.
