Lovely people work here!! Caring and patient with me. Starting with the receptionist Chloe, all the way thru.. They listened to me and heard my issues and my fears. I had a broken front tooth and was totally embarrassed....They accessed the situation. Gave me their professional opinion and we moved forward. The young dentist when administering my Novocain was so gentle that I barely knew she was giving the shot. My new front temporary tooth looks AMAZING! I will use Butler Family practice for all of my Dental Needs from here forward. Thank you.

This was my first visit after leaving my dentist in California. I was so cared for, listened to, and made to feel comfortable. I had three highly professional individuals give me all of their attention during my visit. The good news is that I had good care prior to visiting this office, so I was given a clean bill of health, and no one tried to sell me anything. Both my wife and daughter are happy patients as well. The cost of my family’s care is very reasonable, given the quality of the services provided. If you can get an appointment with these fine folks, you will not be disappointed.

I struggle very bad with sensory overload, and I have avoided dentists far too long because of it, but the hygienists here have been extremely caring. I am very grateful to have found this place.

First visit and I was thrilled. Staff is super friendly and gentle and took their time with everything. Dr. Butler is honest and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be back.

They are very kind people, I found out after scheduling an appointment that my insurance wasn’t specifically taken (it’s insurance's fault for being so confusing to navigate). Butler Family Dental helped me by suggesting alternate locations and were overall very supportive of my health even though I was no longer going to be a new patient.

It’s nice to have a business with people who clearly appreciate how difficult finding a doctor that takes your insurance can be.

Butler Family Dental is great; my teeth always feel clean and refreshed after a cleaning, and the staff are wonderful.

The doctor did a comprehensive exam after a clerical error said I was meant to only have a short exam, and the tech was kind and also very thorough. The front desk staff were pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I got accurate estimates without accidentally tripping my insurance company into thinking I’d had the work done already and used up my benefits. They were easily willing to do estimates for two different treatment options for me. I was able to get in for a new patient exam and for my long treatment appointment within a really reasonable time frame. I’m very happy with this whole office. I would recommend them.

The staff at Butler Dental is consistently professional and abundantly compassionate. I recently had a front tooth pulled—incredibly jarring and unnerving for a person who loves to smile! Dr. Butler, Veronica, and all were gentle, sympathetic, and reassuring as they referred and shepherded me through the oral surgery and then followed up immediately with fitting my temporary tooth (flipper) so I wouldn’t be without. I am so grateful and enthusiastically recommend them.

These professionals are great. Being an older gent, I am prone to forgetting, so when I didn't wake up for my appointment time, they called, woke me up, and said come on over -- "We'll get you in!" It's hard to find medical/dental professionals who are willing to go that extra mile. Kudos!!!!
