Chloe has been working in dentistry since March of 2022 and joined Butler Family Dental in the fall of 2023. As office manager, she is passionate about helping patients feel confident and informed every step of the way, especially when it comes to understanding their dental insurance and making the most of their benefits. She believes that when patients feel supported and educated, their entire experience in the office becomes more comfortable and positive.
Deeply dedicated to both the patients she serves and the team she works alongside, Chloe takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized environment where communication flows easily, and everyone feels cared for. Whether she’s assisting a patient, supporting the doctors, or helping the team stay connected, her goal is always to make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes so that every visit feels seamless. She strives to ensure that everyone, both patients and team members, feels heard, valued, and confident in the care and support they receive at Butler Family Dental. She cares deeply about her team, truly loves working alongside them, and considers each team member more than just a coworker, but a friend.
At home, Chloe is a devoted pet mom and proudly a little obsessed with all of them: her blind Siamese, Caspian, her orange tabby, Marvin, and her dog, Ella. She loves spending time at home with them and with her husband and best friend, Caden. She finds joy in crafting, cooking, and creating a cozy, welcoming home. Whether she’s trying new recipes or working on handmade projects, she loves sharing those moments with friends and family.

Originally from the Philippines, Katreen moved to Eugene in 2012 to be closer to her dad. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball as a libero and hiking, making the most of Oregon's beautiful outdoors (even with its unpredictable weather!). When not working, Katreen tries to travel around the Philippines and throughout Asia.

Lexi

With eight years of experience as a dental assistant, Lexi is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. She understands that going to the dentist can be stressful, so she always strives to create a calm, welcoming environment filled with reassurance and positivity.
Known for her cheerful personality, Lexi is a little silly at heart, often singing and laughing to keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable for both patients and coworkers. She is dedicated to providing professional, compassionate care. Fueled by oat milk lattes and laughter, she truly believes a smile (and maybe a song!) can brighten anyone’s day.
Outside of the office, Lexi is happily married and the proud mom of a busy little boy who keeps her on her toes and fills her days with joy. When she’s not at work or chasing after her son, she enjoys trying new restaurants and going to comedy shows whenever she gets the chance.

Lauren

Lauren has been working in dentistry since early 2025 and joined Butler Family Dental in the fall of 2025. She is currently completing her prerequisite courses at LCC as she works toward a career in dental hygiene.
When she’s not at work, Lauren enjoys hiking and spending quality time with friends and family, especially with her puppy, Buck, who keeps her active, entertained, and always smiling.

Ashlee has been working in dentistry since October of 2024, after completing a year program in 2022-23, and has been at Butler Family Dental since December of 2025.
She loves hanging out with friends, crocheting, thrifting, and spending time with her Border Collie Aussie Mix puppy, Tobi.
What is your guilty pleasure food?
Anything pasta, specifically Fettuccine Alfredo
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I would like to teleport, so I could travel without spending money on the flight/drive or stay.

Christy
owner / DENTAL HYGIENIST
Christy started Butler Family Dental with her husband, Dr. Butler, in early February 2014. She was born right here in Eugene, OR, and she graduated from the Lane Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2008! When she is not experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, you can find her cruising wooded trails or curled up on the sofa with her pups, Tully and Willow, and her drooling kitty, Tocho.
She also enjoys spending time with her husband and identical twin daughters, Mikayla and Samantha. That's a good thing, because she actually works with Chris (Dr. Butler) and Mikayla (Dr. Ayala)!
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling, where she loves to try the local cuisine.

if you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Shannon
dental hygienist (Extended functions)
Shannon started at Butler Family Dental in February 2025. She's a wife, mom of three, and grammy. She enjoys gardening, crafting, home remodeling, deep sea fishing, and camping and riding. Her absolute favorite movies are The Fifth Element, Waterworld, Jaws, and Indiana Jones. Her kids have two cats, Momo and Coco. She is dedicated to her family and loves being home with the kids after school and supporting them in sports/music.
what is your guilty pleasure food?
Mexican, Chinese, Hawaiian... Basically food!
if you could have any superpower, what would it be?
To take away fear, anxiety and depression.
Grace A.

Grace joined Butler Family Dental as a hygienist in July 2025, bringing with her experience in dentistry since 2021.
She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s at the lake, camping, or taking long walks on warm summer days. On cooler, rainy days, she enjoys getting cozy with a blanket and watching movies. A true dog lover, Grace has a furry companion of her own who brings her joy every day.

Grace has been in the dental field since 2020, starting as a dental assistant. She joined Butler Family Dental in February 2026 as a dental hygienist. After gaining experience as an assistant, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a hygienist to help improve people’s smiles and enhance their quality of life.
Outside the office, Grace enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time with her pets, friends, and family. She loves talking about food, music, and teeth!
What is your guilty pleasure food?
Any Mexican food cart that I pass while running errands!
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Telepathy would be a useful power to have for day-to-day life.

Issis has been in the dental field since 2021 and joined Butler Family Dental in September of 2025.
She finds joy in life’s meaningful moments and loves savoring them to the fullest. You can often find her with a good book in hand, exploring a new hiking trail with her husband, Mis, and their pup, Monty, or tucked into a cozy coffee shop enjoying an iced coffee with family and friends. She loves the sunshine, long summer days, and, most of all, creating new memories with the people she cherishes most.

Spicy chips.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation! “The best part of the trip is the destination; never having to go through an airport or traffic would be a dream.”
Rosi

Rosi brings nearly six years of experience in dentistry and joined Butler Family Dental in February of 2026.
She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their two fur babies, Meelo and Draco. When she’s not outside, Rosi enjoys caring for her plants. She’s a proud plant mom and hopes to start a garden soon.
What is your guilty pleasure food?
Tacos.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
The ability to talk to animals. “So I can be like Snow White and communicate with my fur babies, not that I don’t already talk to them, but it would be nice to know what they’re saying back!”
