This has been our dental experience since we moved to Eugene in 1987. The transition between dentists was seamless. The dental experience has remained excellent.

The staff was friendly and professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment and use my dental insurance. The hygienist clearly explained the procedures being done to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Butler was kind and thorough and I feel good about his work. This was my first visit and I'm happy to have found a new dentist to take care of my dental health in Eugene, OR.

Dr. Butler was very knowledgable, and he explained everything in a very simple way for me to understand what was going on. Christy was also very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. Megan was very nice and gentle too. I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff and great dental care!

Went great. All teeth are now pain free and comfortable, and they are truly proactive with my A1C for my diabetes.

I called and they got me in the same day for an emergency appointment. Really friendly and caring staff. They actually listened to me and to the problem. I couldn't get treatment today (they did tell me that on the phone when I called), but the dentist was able to figure out what was wrong, and now there's at least a plan to get the tooth fixed. I will definitely be going back to them for all future dentistry.

Very good bedside manner. Came into clinic with a tooth concern and Dr. Butler was very patient in answering my questions and providing me with peace of mind.

The doc tells me what he’s gonna do before anything touches my mouth, offers options for those of us with anxiety, and checks in throughout. I have a condition where I physically feel pain more then the average human and he’s really awesome about. Thx!

My experience was really great, and the staff was friendly and professional. As gentle as a dentist can be. I walked out with my treatment plan and new appointments for the treatment plan and cleaning.

I was a new patient here, and the whole process was very easy, with online registration and a welcoming reception. The imaging tech, hygienist, and dentist were all very knowledgeable, communicated well, and were pleasant to boot.

They were amazing from the moment that I called to get set up with a new dentist to getting me seen the very next day. I had a dental emergency and they got me an appointment the very next day and from the moment I walked into the office they were extremely nice helpful and it was such an easy process. I had completed all my medical forms before the appointment and got seen right away and they took care of my tooth. Absolutely love the dentist and her assistant they explained everything and were very considerate and knowledgeable.

Dr Butler is wonderful. I have had anxiety in the past at dentist offices, but he and his entire staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and relaxed (as relaxed as anyone can really be at the dentist's office).

I have had severe dental anxiety my whole life and needed work done after 7 years of not being seen. Dr. Butler was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I took the recommendation. Everyone at the office is patient, affirming, and gentle.

I was supported before my first appt began, and indicating I had high anxiety wasn’t missed. I appreciate that their office intake process is mindful of your intake survey after such bad experiences with dentists who brushed right over my anxiety before going on to make it worse.

The first time I came in, they allowed me to do a gentle intake where no work was done, to talk through my concerns and options before prescribing me something I could take for future appts to help get myself back to the office. I have always felt heard when presenting my concerns and have never been made to feel embarrassed or ashamed for being afraid, which, for those struggling with anxiety, can be the worst part.

I’ve now been back 4 times to get all my work done, and the staff know my name now and follow up with me. It generally feels like the staff at Dr. Butler's office care and truly stand by their expertise as an office specializing in dental anxiety. As I’m writing this review also celebrating that I felt safe enough to come here by myself for the first time. It may not be needed for everyone, but if dental anxiety has kept you away like it has for me, this is the right place for you to go.

The staff has always been very friendly and care about your overall comfort during your appointment. In addition to providing information to make the right decision to meet your needs.
